Brief
Our new design takes a bold step away from the traditional approach of the Italian market, embracing a strategic positioning that sets us apart. With a fresh look, enhanced user experience, and a clear focus on innovation, we’re redefining the way IT solutions are presented.
In collaboration with Ilaria Malberti, we designed the website with a strong focus on accessibility, offering both light mode and dark mode to ensure a better visual experience for all users.
Problems
When I joined the company, I noticed that many clients were struggling to open a support ticket — the process was not as intuitive as it could be. To improve the user experience, I decided to simplify it by adding a permanent “Open a Ticket” button to the navigation bar, making assistance easily accessible from anywhere on the platform.
I also noticed that information was fragmented across separate subpages for each department. To address this, I decided to consolidate it into content collections, creating a unified structure that improves SEO and makes the experience more interactive and valuable for readers.
Results
By transitioning from WordPress to a fully static build powered by Next.js and using Notion as a CMS, we achieved a remarkable 900% increase in impressions on Google Search. This shift not only improved performance and SEO but also provided a more streamlined and efficient workflow for managing content. The new architecture ensures faster load times, better scalability, and a modern user experience that aligns with the innovative vision of the project.
Thanks to the integration of Notion as a CMS, content management has become accessible even to non-developers. This allows team members from various departments to easily update and maintain the website without requiring technical expertise.
Social Media
To ensure a cohesive and recognizable brand presence, we extended the design language of the website to the social media platforms. By leveraging the same visual identity, including typography, color schemes, and graphic elements, we created a unified and professional look across all channels.
This coordinated approach not only reinforces the brand's identity but also enhances user recognition and trust. The consistent design helps communicate the innovative and modern values of INXPIRE, making the brand stand out in the IT market.
Email Marketing
We developed custom email templates using React Email, ensuring that the same visual identity from the website and social media was carried over to our email communications. These templates were designed to reflect the modern and cohesive design of the brand, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
In addition to React Email, we used Resend as the email delivery service, which allowed us to efficiently send and manage campaigns with high deliverability rates. By combining these tools, we created dynamic, reusable components that streamline the email creation process and reduce development time. The templates are fully responsive, providing an optimal experience for users on any device, while enabling the marketing team to efficiently manage and deploy campaigns without requiring extensive technical expertise.
Newsletter Automation
To streamline content updates, I implemented an automated email system using Vercel Cron Jobs. Every month, a scheduled task triggers an API route hosted on Vercel, which connects to Notion’s API to fetch the most recent articles from our database. The system then compiles this content into a formatted react-based email and sends it to subscribers automatically, ensuring consistent and up-to-date communication without manual effort.
Videos
We used an office space and painted one of the walls green to create a clean and professional backdrop for the recordings. To enhance the visual quality, we added decorative elements in the foreground and background to generate a pleasing bokeh effect, giving the videos a polished and cinematic look.
The Sony 35mm G Master lens proved to be the perfect choice for achieving the desired look, especially given the limited space available. Its sharpness, wide aperture, and ability to create a beautiful depth of field allowed us to capture high-quality footage that aligned perfectly with the project's vision.
The main light was an Aputure Amaran 200x S, paired with an Aputure Light Dome Mini 3, chosen for its compact size. This setup provided soft, even lighting that worked perfectly in the limited space.
